WAYS TO PRE-REGISTER: 

1. Download a registration form to mail-in

2. Pick up a registration form (to mail-in) at the Middleboro High School Office (East Grove St. Middleboro) or at the Sacred Heart Parish Office (Oak St. Middleboro).

Registration Fees:  Early registration $15 (t-shirt included)
                                 Day of the plunge $15
                                 T-Shirt cost on the day of the plunge $10

Another way you can participate is by donating a can of food. We will be accepting them at the plunge by the registration table.



The Polar Plunge is an important fundraising effort organized by 7 local High School students to support the St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry of Middleboro, MA. It provides an opportunity for plungers and donors to participate in the mission of feeding the hungry in the communities they serve, while raising awareness of the challenges faced by the nation's needy.

• More than 49 million Americans live at or below the poverty level.
• The Sacred Heart Food Pantry provides food for over 400 families every month.
